Cub
Scout Pack 334 arranges for space for family campouts in early June and mid-
to late September of each year
(weather permitting.)
This is a terrific time for family (and pack!) bonding and a chance
to enjoy God's beautiful creation in the great outdoors!
Our next family campout is scheduled for June 9-10, 2012.
Not
sure what to plan for meals? Here are a couple of cookbooks
from our Pack's library:
Big
Mama's Campfire Cookbook: this manual starts out
with a lot of tips & tricks to help you prepare for cooking at camp,
followed by easy recipes for breakfast, breads, lunch, dinner, &
dessert!
Dutch Oven Cooking 101: Do you own a Dutch oven?
If so, this book is full of tips & recipes for you.
Remember
to bring your handbooks!
You will be able to mark off electives and achievements at
this campout, and this weekend will get you well on your way to
earning the
Outdoor Activity Award.
